By doing all of our services on location, we can offer you an unusually pleasant experience that does not require you to unplug cables or worry about the safety and privacy of your data. Everything is done in front of you, right in your own home or business (saving you time and money).

Location

Cedar Lake Computers provides on site computer related services primarily in Washington County. That includes the surrounding areas of West Bend, Kewaskum, Slinger, Jackson, and Hartford. For a little extra cost we will also do house calls in Dodge, Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Ozaukee counties.

Pricing

All of our prices are based on hourly rates that begin when we arrive on the scene. Because travel time is involved, there is a half hour minimum charge for computer services, and a one hour minimum charge for lessons; after that time is billed in fifteen minute increments.

We can usually give you a rough estimate over the phone depending on your problem. Once we arrive a much more thorough estimate can be given after a fifteen minute diagnosis.

Traveling costs are included for up to a 20 mile roundtrip. We ask for $0.50/mile after that.

* An emergency is when you need immediate help within two hours or on a holiday.
